Backordered Merchandise

Whenever the website indicates an item you desire to purchase has an expected ship date, that means the item is on backorder, and you are still able to order that item. Generally, most backordered merchandise is expected to arrive within 30 days, or as indicated by the expected ship date. By ordering an item when it is backordered, you are assuring yourself that Lover's Lane® will ship your item in the order it was received. Therefore, when there are trends or an unexpected high sell through on items, you can assure yourself that you will be the first one to receive, when inventory is replenished. 

If you have items on backorder with us, please be sure to update your address with us in the event that the address on your order is no longer valid. If a backordered item is shipped to an address that is no longer valid and we are not informed of the change prior to the shipment being sent out, we will not be held responsible if you do not receive your package. Please note that we do not refund these orders unless the package is routed back to us by the carrier.

Lover’s Lane® makes every effort to ensure the items featured in our catalogs are in stock and available at the time our catalogs are printed. As the catalogs age, so do the items featured. Therefore, items in catalogs are not guaranteed to be in stock for any specific period of time, also unforeseen customer demand may cause items to sell out earlier than expected or planned. Please ensure to include a phone number where you can be reached with placing a mail order so we are able to contact you in the event the item(s) you wish to purchase are no longer available. We encourage customers to visit our website to view our full inventory and what is currently in stock.
